- 1 kg. ground beef
- 6 tsp Dijon mustard
- 6 slices of cheese
- 6 sesame buns cut horizontally in half

Onion jam with bacon
- 12 sliced bacon, diced
- 1 tbsp. l rapeseed oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 tbsp. l white wine vinegar
- 1 sprig of thyme, tear off the leaves
Secret sauce
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3/4 Art. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. l sherry vinegar
- 1.5 tsp siracha sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, coarsely chopped

Recipe preparation:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon until it is will become crispy, 8-10 minutes. Transfer to paper towels; drain almost all the fat, leaving 3 tbsp in the pan. l Add rapeseed oil and heat over low heat. Add the onion, cover lid and passer 10 minutes. Remove the lid and fry, stirring, until it becomes soft, another 10-15 minutes. Return the bacon to in a pan, add white wine vinegar and thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
- Make a secret sauce: mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sherry vinegar, syrach and garlic in a food processor and beat until obtaining a homogeneous mass; Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the burgers: Preheat the grill to moderate heat and lubricate the wire rack with vegetable oil. Shape out ground beef six cutlets 1 cm thick, sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
