Everyone knows an advertising poem: two meat cutlets grilled, special cheese sauce — all on a sesame bun! Only so! – and this not bigmack! This is my super delicious burger cooked at home with 2 cutlets.

  1. Chop onions and fry in oil 3-4 minutes until golden crust.
  2. Grated cheddar cheese.
  3. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, fried onions and cheese. Salt, pepper taste.
  4. From the minced meat, form 4 steaks 8-10 cm 1-2 cm long thick. Fry the meatballs in a pan remaining onion 2 minutes on each side. Then reduce heat and cook 8-9 minutes.
  5. Cut the buns in half and fry for 1 minute at the same in the pan.
  6. Pick a salad with your hands. Chop red onion and tomato half rings.
