Ingredients for the recipe:
- 600 gr minced pork
- 4 sliced bacon
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns, split and fried
- 1 chopped large onion
- 1 tsp hot sauce or more to taste
- 1 tsp Sahara
- 0.5 tsp red wine vinegar and optionally for lettuce
- 2 tsp olive oil and optionally for salad
- 1 thinly sliced head of romano salad
- 2 medium tomatoes (1 sliced, 1 chopped)

Recipe preparation:
- Caramelize the bacon: fry the bacon in a large pan over medium heat over medium to it became slightly crispy, 5 minutes. Drain the fat from the pan, add the onion and cook, stirring until it is browned, 10 minutes (add some water if the onion burns). Add and mix with spicy sauce, sugar, wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
- Make 4 meatballs 6 cm wide from minced meat, salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan on medium heat, then lay out the patties and fry for 4-5 minutes each hand, putting on each top a piece of cheese in about 3 minutes until ready.
- Spread the bacon into buns and put in each salad leaves, cutlet, tomato slice and a second bun on top. Pour remaining Romano salad and chopped tomato with olive oil and vinegar, sprinkle with salt and pepper; mix. Serve salad with burgers. Recipe for burgers with pork chop stuffed with cheese.
