This is a huge and delicious burger weighing more than 1 kg I cooked for large company, all guests appreciated this dish. Dough and cutlet i I cooked it myself, you can find the recipe for the test for burgers in my profile. You can also make many small burgers at home.

- Cooking a bun according to a recipe that I have already published or we take ready.
- Cooking the cutlet: minced meat and pepper, add flour, well mix, forcemeat should be elastic, form a patty the right size with a plate.
- Put the patty in a preheated pan, greased vegetable oil and fry on both sides.
- Putting a burger: cut the bun into 2 parts, the lower bun grease with ketchup (ketchup for grill and barbecue).
- Spread lettuce leaves, pour with mayonnaise, then put the patty on top of which the cheese is pre-laid slices, put sliced tomato, pickled cucumbers, chopped onion rings, pour with ketchup and mayonnaise and cover top bun.
- Heat the burger thoroughly before serving.
- Serve the whole burger for guests to appreciate the size and the appearance of the dish, then cut the burger in portions (like pizza).
