Burger “Inimitable Beauty”

Tasty and juicy burger consists of beef cutlets, fried champignons with onions and sauce, and filled with bright spicy flavors. Start cooking with a spice mix that consists of seasoning Old Bay, paprika, chili powder and garlic salt. This mixture will be used in the preparation of a special sauce of mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard and give them perfect new notes. Also a mixture of spices beef patties are strewed before grilling. Cover immediately prepared cutlets with fried mushrooms, a slice of Swiss cheese, which should melt appetizingly, and serve on greased special sauce buns.

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp. l seasoning “Old Bay”

  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. ketchup
  • 0.5 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 200 gr. mushrooms (approx. 15 pcs.), finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced

  • Vegetable oil to grease the grill
  • 1 kg. ground beef
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 4 sweet Hawaiian buns cut in half on the side

Recipe preparation:

  1. Make a spice mix:

    In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp. l coarse salt seasoning Old Bay, paprika, chili powder and garlic salt.

  2. Make a special sauce:

    In a medium-sized bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pepper chipotle and 1.5 tsp spice mixtures; refrigerate until readiness for serving.

  3. Prepare topping:

    In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add the mushrooms and fry, without disturbing, until they are browned below, about 2 minutes. Add onion, salt and pepper. Turn down the fire to moderately weak and fry, stirring occasionally until vegetables are will become soft, 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and cover. so that the mushrooms do not cool.

  4. Grill meatballs:

    Preheat the grill to moderate heat and grease the grill with vegetable oil. Form four minced meat patties from ground beef 2.5 cm. And generously sprinkle them with a mixture of spices. Fry until they brown on the bottom, 5-6 minutes. Turn over and fry another 5 minutes for medium rare. Cover the patties with mushrooms and onions, then on top put a slice of cheese on it; let it melt for about 1 minutes Meanwhile, lightly grill the buns.
