  1. Remove the stiff legs of the mushrooms. Chop eggplant, tomato, zucchini and mushrooms in large slices. Chop garlic, chives cut into thin rings.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan with a thick bottom, put cinnamon and curry, warm for 2 minutes. Add prepared vegetables and fry quickly, stirring constantly. Season oregano and thyme.
