  1. Rinse bulgur until the water is clear. Pour bulgur water in a proportion of one to two, salt, cover and cook stirring the cereal over low heat for 12-14 minutes, then drain the water, if it remains.
  2. Disassemble broccoli into small inflorescences, cut the cherry into halves.
  3. In a pan, heated over high heat with butter, lay out broccoli and cherry and fry for 3 to 4 minutes stirring constantly, salt, pepper to taste.
  4. Add broccoli and cherry to the pan to the finished bulgur sprinkle with sesame seeds on top, mix well. Have a nice appetite!
