Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3/4 Art. cereal bulgur
  • 1.5 tbsp. diced cucumbers
  • 1/3 Art. chopped olives
  • 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 orange, peel and break into segments
  • 1/4 Art. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Add bulgur and cook as much as indicated on the package. Drain and rinse bulgur under cold water.
  2. Mix bulgur, cucumbers, olives, parsley in a salad bowl, orange, orange juice. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
