A quick and easy recipe for a meal that doesn’t leave you indifferent. Bulgur pilav is very easy to cook at home. To make the dish vegetarian, then replace the chicken stock with vegetable.

  1. Discard the beans in a colander and rinse. My dried apricots, dry and cut into cubes. Peel the onions and chop finely. Warm up butter in a pan and saute the onions for 5 minutes.
  2. Add bulgur and cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the broth, add dried apricots, salt with pepper and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Spread beans and cook for another 5 minutes, remove from the stove, close the lid and let stand for 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
