And now I want to share the recipe with you insanely tasty and terribly easy to prepare pilaf from bulgur. Try to cook it at home, it turns out amazing golden color without the addition of hot spices. His pleasure eat like adults, like children. - Cut the turkey into small pieces.
- Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Chop the onion finely.
- Put turkey, onions and carrots in the multicooker bowl. Add salt, pepper, vegetable oil (30 ml) and mix. If desired You can add spices for pilaf or curry.
- Put bulgur on top with an even layer. Do not mix! Cloves stick the garlic into the cereal and fill with water. Put the bowl in slow cooker. Select the “Pilaf” or “Rice” mode and set the time 1 hour. Click the “Start” button. After the program finishes, open slow cooker and mix pilaf. Enjoy your meal!
