  1. We carefully wash the chicken hearts, cut off the fat and hard blood vessels. Dry with a paper towel.
  2. Put the hearts in a bowl, pour the soy sauce and leave marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Finely chopped peeled onion. Grate the carrots.
  4. I wash and cut the tomatoes at random. Grind with a knife garlic.
  5. Bulgarian sweet pepper, remove seeds from it and cut longitudinal pieces.
  6. Pickled hearts of chickens are placed in a multi-cooker bowl, set the “Baking” mode. Lightly fry a couple in this mode minutes, stirring, with the multicooker lid open.
  7. Add all vegetables, soy sauce and spices to the multicooker bowl. Stir the ingredients, salt and pepper. You don’t need to add water since during the cooking process vegetable juice will be liberated abundantly. Set the mode “Extinguishing” for 1 hour. Cook with the lid closed.
  8. When the program ends, let the finished dish brew more 15-20 minutes to make the hearts as juicy as possible and fragrant.
