Hearty and tasty dish cooked at home from buckwheat with sausages and mushrooms, idea for a quick dinner. Mushrooms can be like fresh as well as frozen. With defrosted mushrooms formed drain the liquid.

  1. Peel, wash, finely chop onions.
  2. Fresh or frozen mushrooms peel, also finely slice.
  3. Smoked sausages, such as hunting, cut into circles.
  4. Wash buckwheat in several waters, throw into boiling water (400 ml), salt, cook until cooked for twenty minutes.
  5. Fry chopped onion with oil in preheated pan.
  6. Add chopped mushrooms. Fry until cooked for fifteen minutes. (All liquid should evaporate).
  7. Add sausages, fry together for another five minutes.
  8. Add boiled buckwheat, pepper, salt, good stir, remove from heat.
  9. Serve the finished dish, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
