Hearty and tasty dish cooked at home from buckwheat with sausages and mushrooms, idea for a quick dinner. Mushrooms can be like fresh as well as frozen. With defrosted mushrooms formed drain the liquid.

- Peel, wash, finely chop onions.
- Fresh or frozen mushrooms peel, also finely slice.
- Smoked sausages, such as hunting, cut into circles.
- Wash buckwheat in several waters, throw into boiling water (400 ml), salt, cook until cooked for twenty minutes.
- Fry chopped onion with oil in preheated pan.
- Add chopped mushrooms. Fry until cooked for fifteen minutes. (All liquid should evaporate).
- Add sausages, fry together for another five minutes.
- Add boiled buckwheat, pepper, salt, good stir, remove from heat.
- Serve the finished dish, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
