- We wash the groats well.
- Dates are peeled and cut into small pieces.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat oil, add dates, fennel seeds, cloves and cook 3 minutes.
- Pour buckwheat into the pan, mix and pour boiling water. Salt, reduce heat to a minimum, cover and cook 15 minutes.
- Cut the half of the orange into slices, from the second half squeeze the juice and mix with honey.
- Add zest to the finished porridge and mix.
- Put buckwheat on the dish, put slices of orange on top and pour orange-honey dressing. Enjoy your meal!
