  1. We wash the groats well.
  2. Dates are peeled and cut into small pieces.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat oil, add dates, fennel seeds, cloves and cook 3 minutes.
  4. Pour buckwheat into the pan, mix and pour boiling water. Salt, reduce heat to a minimum, cover and cook 15 minutes.
  5. Cut the half of the orange into slices, from the second half squeeze the juice and mix with honey.
  6. Add zest to the finished porridge and mix.
  7. Put buckwheat on the dish, put slices of orange on top and pour orange-honey dressing. Enjoy your meal!
