  1. I cut the chicken into portions and fry on 2 sides until golden in heated sunflower oil.
  2. I’ll prepare the vegetables: cut onions into small cubes, carrots rub on a grater with a long straw.
  3. I send onions to the chicken, fry a couple of minutes.
  4. Add carrots, fry all together a few more minutes.
  5. Next, add garlic through a press, mix and continue fry.
  6. Add spices to taste, tomato paste and sugar, again everything mix and fry for a few more minutes.
  7. Pour boiling water, mix, cover and carcass 10-15 minutes.
  8. Then I fill up buckwheat, level, add water, if necessary, cover again and leave on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
  9. After which I mix everything, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve with vegetables.
