Buckwheat Stuffed Pepper Recipe

For cooking lean dishes to us will need:

  • ready-made boiled buckwheat 2 cups
  • one chopped onion
  • chopped celery stalk
  • grated carrots 2 pcs
  • bell pepper 5-6 pcs
  • vegetable broth 3-4 cups
  • bay leaf or sprig of rosemary

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • salt and spices to taste

Prepare peppers stuffed with buckwheat So:

Mix buckwheat with vegetables in a suitable container, salt, season with your favorite seasonings. By the way, for spice we add a little soy sauce – 1 teaspoon. Prepared peeled Bulgarian peppers are stuffed with minced buckwheat and set in upright in a saucepan or bowl. Pour hot vegetable broth, add seasonings, lavrushka, black pepper and garlic. Bring the pepper and broth to a boil and reduce the heat to minimum. Pepper must languish under the lid in the resulting sauce 40-55 minutes.
