- First rinse the cereal in water. Then pour it in pan, pour water and cook until half cooked.
- Onion cut into half rings or cubes and fry on pan with vegetable oil until it turns golden colors.
- Peel the tomatoes. To do this, douse them boiling water and then the peel is removed very easily. Cut tomatoes in small cubes, send them to the onion and fry all together for another 5 minutes.
- Combine porridge with tomatoes and onions, salt to taste, add spices. Mix everything well, close the lid, turn on small fire and simmer until buckwheat is completely ready.
