- Croup should be cooked on low heat for 20 minutes. Salt slightly water.
- While porridge is cooked, cut the onions and carrots into a small cube. Fry them for several minutes in any vegetable oil.
- Add minced meat and ketchup to the vegetables, mix and continue simmer another 6 minutes. Close the lid and wait for it to cook porridge.
- When the mixture of minced meat and vegetables is ready, add to it buckwheat, chopped garlic and spices.
- Mix well, cover and stand on very low heat for 2-3 minutes. Porridge is ready.
