  1. Croup should be cooked on low heat for 20 minutes. Salt slightly water.
  2. While porridge is cooked, cut the onions and carrots into a small cube. Fry them for several minutes in any vegetable oil.
  3. Add minced meat and ketchup to the vegetables, mix and continue simmer another 6 minutes. Close the lid and wait for it to cook porridge.
  4. When the mixture of minced meat and vegetables is ready, add to it buckwheat, chopped garlic and spices.
  5. Mix well, cover and stand on very low heat for 2-3 minutes. Porridge is ready.
