- Cook the meat, as usual. First, fry finely chopped onions and carrots finely chopped on a grater.
- Then we spread the meat, cut into pieces of medium size. Add salt, pepper and adjika. Fry for 20 minutes in own juice.
- After the meat is well-fried in its own juice, put the sliced tomatoes.
Fry for another 10 minutes, then add water to meat-covered by 3 fingers. Bring to a boil, quit bay leaf and dill umbrella. Cook for another 25 minutes.
- Throw buckwheat and cook for 20 minutes, after which we remove from the heat and let the porridge stand for a while, then sweat.
- Serve better with a mug of cold milk and rye bread. Enjoy your meal!
