  3. After the meat is well-fried in its own juice, put the sliced ​​tomatoes. Fry for another 10 minutes, then add water to meat-covered by 3 fingers. Bring to a boil, quit bay leaf and dill umbrella. Cook for another 25 minutes.
  4. Throw buckwheat and cook for 20 minutes, after which we remove from the heat and let the porridge stand for a while, then sweat.
