  1. Peel the onion, wash, cut into half rings.
  2. Peel, wash, chop finely the garlic.
  3. Peel the mushrooms, wash, cut into cubes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, fry in it shredded onions with garlic.
  5. Add chopped champignons, fry together for seven minutes.
  6. Add washed buckwheat.
  7. Pour with two glasses of hot water, slightly salt and pepper, mix.
  8. Simmer with the lid closed until fully cooked, approximately Twenty minutes.
  9. Serve the cooked porridge hot, garnishing with greens.
