Buckwheat noodles with vegetables, Adyghe cheese and nuts: video recipe

  1. Boil the noodles according to the instructions (6-8 minutes).
  2. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the walnut.
  3. Heat the pan over medium heat with oil, put onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add asparagus and cauliflower and continue to saute in for 3-4 minutes. Then add soy sauce, noodles, mix and warm up a minute.
  5. Cut the cheese into triangles and roll in the chilli powder.
  6. Heat the second pan over high heat with oil, lay out nuts and cheese, fry, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes.
  7. Mix the cheese with you, spread on plates and serve to to the table!
