  1. Pour 1 liter of water into the stewpan, bring to a boil, salt and cook the noodles for 6-8 minutes until cooked. Then drain and rinse noodles with cold water.
  2. Dried mushrooms pour hot water from the kettle, so that the water completely covered them, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in half, tofu into cubes, garlic slices.
  4. In a frying pan over medium heat, heat oil and fry broccoli, garlic and cherry 3-4 minutes. Then add cheese and sweet chili sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add mushrooms, coconut milk, soy sauce to the pan, warm up 2 minutes. Then add the noodles, stir and remove from fire. Salt, pepper if necessary.
