- 225 gr. buckwheat soba noodles
- 170 gr frozen edamame beans in pods (defrost)
- 2 very thinly sliced long strips of large red bell peppers
- 1/3 Art. Ready Thai Peanut Sauce
- 1 – 2 tsp low salt soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried hot pepper flakes
- 1 lime juice
- 1/4 Art. fresh cilantro leaves (do not chop)
- 1.5 tsp roasted black or white sesame seeds
- Lime wedges for serving

Recipe preparation:
- In a large serving bowl, mix peanut sauce, 2 tbsp. l water, soy sauce, hot pepper flakes and lime juice.
- In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the noodles edamame beans, bell pepper and cook according to the instructions on a pack of noodles, or about 4 minutes. Strain the noodles and vegetables. Rinse under cold water to cool, strain well. Transfer to a bowl with peanut sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with cilantro leaves and sesame seeds. Serve room temperature by putting lime wedges on top so that you can squeeze of which juice.
