Very easy to prepare at home dish. Minimum used products. You only need to boil the noodles and chop the vegetables. It turns out delicious!

  1. Boil buckwheat noodles (soba) until cooked in large the amount of salted water. Throw in a colander, rinse and drain water.
  2. Divide the canned fish into small pieces with a fork or knead in a plate.
  3. Peel and cut onions into thin feathers.
  4. Wash and cut the fresh cucumber first along, and then in half circles.
  5. In a bowl combine natural yogurt, soy sauce and olive butter. Pepper to your liking. Mix well.
  6. Put boiled noodles in a large bowl. Add chopped onions, cucumbers and slices of tuna. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. To fill yogurt sauce. Serve on the table.
