Buckwheat noodles: video recipe

Of course, you can buy buckwheat noodles. But much tastier (and certainly more useful) to cook it at home yourself. Especially, that it’s sooooo easy. By the same principle, you can cook and wheat, and chickpea, and whole grain noodles – any which you wish. Instead of eggs, you can use water. Buckwheat test flour turns out to be quite tight, but malleable on rolling.

  1. Break 2 eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add salt, beat eggs lightly.
  3. Add flour, knead a tough dough.
  4. Roll out a layer, a thickness of about 1mm.
  5. Arbitrarily chopped.
  6. Use as a side dish or dry to store.
