  1. Rinse and dice the beef.
  2. Peel and chop onions and carrots.
  3. Peel and chop the mushrooms.
  4. Sort buckwheat if necessary, rinse it.
  5. Heat a small amount of vegetable in a cauldron oils.
  6. Fry chopped meat for 5 minutes.
  7. Add onions and carrots to the meat. Sauté for 10 minutes.
  8. Add mushrooms to meat and vegetables. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  9. Put buckwheat in a cauldron. Add water, salt to taste, add bay leaf and peas.
  10. Simmer in a closed lid for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
  11. Serve with melted butter. Enjoy your meal!
