Buckwheat aromatic, with a pronounced taste is good as in porridge and in soups. Especially lean. We use a slow cooker with pressure cooker mode to cook homemade aromatic soup buckwheat.

  1. Pour oil into the bowl and select the Frying mode (7 min.)
  2. Strain onion 3 min.
  3. Add carrots, stir, stir, until signal.
  4. Rinse buckwheat 5 times and put in a bowl, cook on steamed with potatoes.
  5. Boil the broth and pour them vegetables, add salt, a bay leaf, chopped pestle black pepper. Set the Soup mode (15 min.) And close the lid.
  6. After 15 minutes let off steam first, then open cover. Enjoy your meal.
