  1. We beat two large pieces of fillet, sprinkle with ground pepper and with salt.

  2. In a bowl, mix boiled buckwheat, Ricotta cheese and finely chopped bow.

  3. On the prepared chicken fillet, evenly distribute buckwheat mixture.

  4. We turn the chicken and buckwheat into rolls, fasten with toothpicks, send to hot oil and fry over medium heat with two parties for 6-7 minutes.

  5. Fragrant juicy rolls spread on a plate, decorate greens and serve.
