- Chicken stock or white wine

Recipe preparation:
- Fry the onion set with butter in a skillet and honey until golden brown. Add brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until soft. In the end preparations add 5 – 10 ml. chicken stock or white wine, pour a little honey.
