Brussels sprouts hash with caramelized onion set

Recipe for a second course – Brussels sprouts seasoned with white wine and honey, with caramelized onion set.

Hash is a finely chopped dish chopped and fried vegetables.

Difficulty: Easy Servings: 4 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: one cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. frozen onion sets
  • 700 gr. brussels sprouts, finely chopped
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
  • Chicken stock or white wine
  • Honey

Recipe preparation:

  1. Fry the onion set with butter in a skillet and honey until golden brown. Add brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until soft. In the end preparations add 5 – 10 ml. chicken stock or white wine, pour a little honey.
