Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  2. In a small saucepan, mix the butter brown sugar, salt, cayenne pepper and bourbon over medium heat. Constantly while stirring, cook until the oil melts and the mixture becomes similar to homogeneous sauce, about 8 minutes.
  3. Put the bacon on a small baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, so that the fat has just begun to melt. Set aside.
