  1. Beat the egg with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add soda, pour kefir and vegetable oil. Mix.
  2. Add flour and knead the dough. Cover the dough and leave in warm place for half an hour.
  3. After half an hour, sprinkle flour on the table and divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each into a 1 cm layer.
  4. Cut the dough into rectangles and then each one twist.
  5. Pour a lot of vegetable oil into a preheated pan and fry prepared cookies in it.
