Bruschetta is a delicious Italian toasted appetizer a piece of bread. The filling options may be different, but today I I suggest you cook at home bruschetta with tomatoes and spicy herbs. It is better to make this appetizer from a fresh baguette.

- Prepare the oil in advance with garlic and herbs (best do it in a day, so that the oil has time to absorb the aroma garlic and herbs). Squeeze the garlic into the oil, finely chop the greens. We leave.
- Cut the bread into slices. In a dry frying pan without adding butter toast bread on both sides.
- Cut the tomato into small cubes, add the greens (best green basil will do), pour with oil and balsamic vinegar, mix with spices.
- Lightly sprinkle bread in a pan with oil herbs and garlic.
- We spread tomatoes with herbs on top and serve immediately.
