Today we’ll cook a delicious Italian dish at home – fried baguette with filling, which can be any.

I bring to your attention a bruschetta with salted filling salmon with pesto sauce.

Pesto sauce is also a representative of Italian cuisine, which is a classic sauce based on nuts, basil, cheese, and of course, olive oil.

This sauce is used with pasta, pizza, mashed soups, and, as in our case, spread on bread.

  1. Cut six slices from bread approximately one thick cm.
  2. Put them in a ceramic mold, sprinkle with olive oil.
  3. Put the mold in the oven for about 12 minutes at temperature of 180 degrees.
  4. Cut the salted salmon fillet with a sharp knife into a small cube.
  5. Spread pesto sauce on chilled bread slices.
  6. Gently place the fish cubes in two teaspoons into prepared slices of bread.
  7. Sprinkle with lime juice before serving (can be replaced with lemon), decorate as desired.
