  1. We wash the greens and vegetables. Cut the ciabatta into pieces thick 1.5 cm. Lightly fry in a dry frying pan.
  2. Cut the eggplant into thin plates. Fry in a pan with a little oil.
  3. We chop parsley with dill and add to the eggplant. Same way add chopped garlic.
  4. Dice the tomatoes, add the basil, a little garlic and olive oil.
  5. On the toasted slices of bread, spread the filling.
