Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 110 gr. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 50 gr unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 very large eggs
  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules, for example Nescafe
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp. plus 1 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 110 gr. butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. Nutella Chocolate Paste
  • 1/4 Art. plus 1 tbsp. l premium flour (separately)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 500 gr. vanilla ice cream

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a water bath in a medium bowl, melt the chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate. Set aside for 15 minutes. In large capacity mix (without whipping) eggs, coffee, vanilla and sugar. Intervene the chocolate mass into the egg mixture and let cool to room temperature temperature.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Sift into a medium-sized bowl 1/4 Art. flour, baking powder and salt, add the dry mixture to chocolate mass. Melt the butter in a small bowl and chocolate paste and season with a tablespoon of flour, then add to chocolate mix. Spoon the dough into 3 cast iron mini-pans (8 cm.), place them on a baking sheet.
