  4. Bake 12 minutes at 160 degrees.
  5. Cooking mousse: Soak gelatin in water.
  6. Pour chocolate with boiled milk.
  7. Add gelatin and banana to the chocolate mass – beat everything.
  8. Beat cream until soft peaks.
  9. Add chocolate-banana mass to cream.
  10. On top of the cooled brownie, lay the halves of the banana and pour mousse.
  11. Cool in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
