- 2/3 Art. plus 1/4 Art. granulated sugar
- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- A pinch of ground cloves
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tbsp. chopped almonds with peel
- 4 tbsp. l chopped butter pieces and a little more to grease the pan

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to moderate heat. In a medium bowl mix with a whisk bread crumbs, brown sugar, 1/4 tbsp. granulated sugar, cinnamon, allspice, ginger and cloves. In another bowl mix rhubarb with 2/3 tbsp. granulated sugar and lemon juice.
- Butter a skillet or pan for butter frying on a grill with a diameter of 20 cm. On the bottom pour 3 tbsp. l mixtures breadcrumbs. Put rhubarb on top and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs and almonds. Lay pieces randomly over the entire surface butter.
- Place the pan in the center of the wire rack and cover the grill with a lid. or a frying pan with a disposable aluminum pan. Roast about 15 – 20 minutes until the filling begins to boil and appears on top golden crust. Cool slightly for 10 minutes and serve. in a warm form with a scoop of ice cream.
