Broccoli with lemon and anchovies

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 large bunch of broccoli, short cut inflorescences, stems peel and slice
  • 3 – 5 anchovy fillets, chop
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil, and a little for spraying
  • 1 clove of garlic, chop
  • A pinch of dried red pepper flakes
  • Juice 1/2 Lemon

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes; recline on a colander.
  2. Heat anchovies, garlic and sweet pepper flakes in a pan at an average temperature in olive oil, 30 sec. Shuffle with broccoli, pour lemon juice, salt and sprinkle olive oil.
