Homemade Italian Pizza Recipe with Pesto and Goat Cheese.
The sauce crushed in a blender is laid out on a dough sheet, consisting of parmesan and broccoli cabbage. Then the cheese crumbles, and decorated with tomato slices on top. When serving, pizza sprinkles plenty of fresh basil leaves.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 330 gr whole-wheat flour pizza dough, room temperature (pizza yeast dough recipe)
- 40 gr Parmesan cheese (1/2 tbsp. finely grated cheese)
- 85 gr. soft goat cheese
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil leaves
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 3 tbsp. l and 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l cornmeal
- Special grease spray
- 1 large tomato
- 1/4 tsp dried pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp. chopped pre-cooked broccoli (you can use frozen)

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 245 degrees. If you use frozen broccoli, pre-thaw it according to the instructions on the package.
- Grate Parmesan on a fine grater, 1/3 tbsp. put in a bowl food processor with broccoli, 2/3 tbsp. basil, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. While the food processor is chopping mixture, add to it 3 tbsp. l olive oil. Mix up formation of a homogeneous mass, cleaning the mixture from the walls of the bowl as necessary.
- Sprinkle the surface with cornmeal, rolling pin and / or hands roll the dough into a circle with a diameter of 30 cm. Lubricate the baking sheet with a special spray and put the dough on it. Smear the dough with sauce broccoli pesto, leaving the edges to form a golden crust. Put goat cheese on top and then cut into thin slices a tomato.
- Bake pizza for 12-14 minutes until the cheese and tomato are soft, and the crust will not turn golden brown.
- Sprinkle pizza with remaining parmesan, 1/3 tbsp. basil and pepper flakes. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tsp. olive oil and cut the pizza into 8 wedge-shaped pieces.
