Recipe preparation:
- Boil broccoli and sweet pepper rings in salted boiling water, for 3 minutes; drain the water, then cool in a bowl with dry with ice water, dry on paper towels.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan, pour the walnuts nuts, add sliced garlic and dried crushed chili peppers, slightly warm to reveal the aroma, 30 sec. Add boiled broccoli and sweet pepper, salt, fry for about 2 minutes.
