- Dip broccoli in a pot of boiling water. Cook seven minutes. Chilled broccoli sorted into inflorescences.
- Ham or any other lean sausage such as balyk, carbonade, doctor’s sausage, cut into straws.
- For a salad dressing in a bowl, mix olive oil with vinegar (can be replaced with apple vinegar from natural apples, and non-diluted concentrate), add passed through a press cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, stir well.
- In a bowl combine the inflorescences of broccoli and sausage, add gas station.
- Mix well, when serving, transfer to salad bowls.
