Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 5 sprigs of parsley, chopped
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
  • 1/2 tbsp. diced white bread
  • 2 tbsp. boiled broccoli or cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. cheddar cheese or gruyere cheese

Recipe preparation:

  1. Beat eggs, milk, parsley in a bowl, salt and pepper. Add bread and broccoli or cauliflower. Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add egg mass and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Reduce the temperature to a minimum, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese, cover and continue cooking 10 minutes. Cut the frit into slices and arrange on plates.
