- 8 eggs
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 5 sprigs of parsley, chopped
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 1/2 tbsp. diced white bread
- 2 tbsp. boiled broccoli or cauliflower
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp. cheddar cheese or gruyere cheese

Recipe preparation:
- Beat eggs, milk, parsley in a bowl, salt and pepper. Add bread and broccoli or cauliflower. Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add egg mass and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Reduce the temperature to a minimum, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese, cover and continue cooking 10 minutes. Cut the frit into slices and arrange on plates.
