  1. Salt minced meat, season with ground pepper – the usual black or sharp red.
  2. Enter the raw egg, mix until evenly distributed components.
  3. Divide the meat mass into 4 equal servings, form round blanks.
  4. On a flat surface, lay one round billet of forcemeat, better on cling film, I did on a board without a film. Pressing the palm, flatten the meat ball into a thin even cake with a diameter of about 15 cm.
  5. Break one egg into a flat plate and shake slightly fork, adding a pinch of salt.
  6. Take a cake with meat mass and gently turn it over, submerging the minced meat on the egg mixture.
  7. Next, we bring the plate with the semi-finished product to the heated pan with a small portion of butter and “lower” the contents of the saucer – meat the cake together with the egg should simultaneously slide on hot surface.
  8. Fry minced brisole for about 3-4 minutes on moderate heat (the egg should “grab” well), and then turn over, prying shoulder blade. We stand on fire for another 3-4 minutes, after which put the tortilla on the plate with the meat side up.

    In the same way we prepare the following blanks.

  9. Grease the brizol from the side of the meat filling with sour cream, mixed with garlic and herbs. And twist the roll while hot.
