  1. Pieces of my pork loin, soaked in paper napkins (towels). In different bowls we spread the flour, crackers, in the third beat the eggs.

  2. Salted prepared pepper, pepper, sent to flour, to eggs, then in crackers. Spread breaded pieces in hot oil and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, until crispy brown crust.

  3. From the butter we transfer the pork to paper towels, then send to plates with a side dish or vegetable salad and immediately serve on the table.
