  1. We wash the pork loin, dry it with paper towels and put between two pieces of cling film. Good fight off hammer or rolling pin.

  2. Pour milk into one bowl, pour flour into another, into a third crackers. Sprinkle the prepared chops with salt, ground pepper, dip in flour, milk and bread generously in breadcrumbs. Spread on the plate.

  3. We send the breaded pork to hot oil and fry on medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown crusts.

  4. Delicious juicy chops serve hot with your favorite side dish, sauces and vegetable salad.
