The chop will always turn out juicy and tasty if cooked at home from pork loin and fry in double breaded in oil on in the pan. A wonderful chop flavor will add Provencal herbs. Make a side dish of boiled potatoes and lunch is ready.

A piece of pork loin is washed, dried with paper towels, cut into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick. and one at a time beat off through cling film.

In one bowl, mix crackers with Provencal herbs, ground pepper and salt (1 tsp), beat eggs in another, pour in the third flour. Roll the prepared chops one by one in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Spread on a plate.

In hot oil we send portions of the chopped breading and fry over medium heat from 2 sides for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

To remove excess fat, fragrant chops are kept on paper towels. Ready-made crispy chops serve hot with boiled potatoes and fresh vegetables.
