We will simply and deliciously cook home-made escalope from pork fillet. Bone meat in double breading from flour and crackers and fry In oil. Double breading protects pork from drying out. On garnish make a fresh vegetable salad.

  1. Wash small pieces of pork fillet, soak in paper napkins, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.

  2. We send the prepared pieces to flour, beaten egg, then to crackers.

  3. Spread breaded escalope in hot oil and fry on medium heat from 2 sides for 3 minutes until golden crisp.

  4. Put the finished juicy escalope on the grill to remove excess oil, and immediately serve with cabbage salad and your favorite sauce.
