  1. We wash and pat the meat with paper towels.
  2. We beat the steaks on each side to a thickness of 1.5-2 cm.
  3. Put eggs, flour and breadcrumbs into separate bowls crackers.
  4. In a bowl with eggs, add your favorite spices and salt, mix.
  5. Dip steak first in flour, then in egg and then in breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry steaks in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil over 1-1.5 minutes on each side. Make sure that crackers do not burnt out.
