- 1.4 kg ready-made sausages bratvurst (pierce the skin fork)
- 6 tbsp. German light beer
- 1 tbsp. l cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp. l coriander seed
- 1 tbsp. l mustard seed
- 3 peeled and coarsely chopped large heads Luke
- 2 whole crushed cloves of garlic
- 1 piece peeled and chopped fresh ginger 8 cm.
- 2 tbsp. l canola oil

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to a high temperature, creating a direct heat. Mix beer, cumin, coriander, mustard seeds, onions, garlic and ginger in a large saucepan. Then put the sausages. Put pan on the grill and bring the liquid to a boil. Cook the sausages until half cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the grill and leave the sausages in the liquid for 30 minutes.
- Put the bratwurst on a plate or chopping board and strain the liquid in a bowl by discarding solid pieces. Grease sausages with canola oil and grill until the shell will become crispy and golden brown, until cooked, 4-6 мин. from each side. Keep warm until serving.
