Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 600 – 700 gr. zucchini, diced
  • Butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • Chopped parsley for sprinkling
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:

  1. Fry the zucchini in a skillet in butter for 1 min Add chicken stock, thyme sprigs and salt to taste; boil. Reduce temperature and simmer when weak boil with the lid on until soft, about 8 minutes. Open and continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Stir in the chopped parsley and add salt and pepper to taste.
