- 600 – 700 gr. zucchini, diced
- Butter
- 1/2 tbsp. chicken broth
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- Chopped parsley for sprinkling
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:
- Fry the zucchini in a skillet in butter for 1 min Add chicken stock, thyme sprigs and salt to taste; boil. Reduce temperature and simmer when weak boil with the lid on until soft, about 8 minutes. Open and continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Stir in the chopped parsley and add salt and pepper to taste.
