In a bowl, mix mustard, chopped garlic, peppercorns, oil (2 tablespoons) and salt (1 tablespoons). A piece of boar carefully rinse, spread in a large bowl, add prepared marinade and rub well into the meat. Cover the boar in the marinade and cool 1-2 days.
